Happy bike to work day!
A happy world is one where the streets are reserved for bikes and pedestrians and the cars and trucks are reserved for the infirm and the disabled and the delivery drivers.
I'm down a few pounds since getting the Fuji. And I feel so much better. I can do the Chicago Bike Lift. :)
I have a test road where I track how fast I can go on it for about a mile or so. And I'm screaming at the speed limit.... For cars... And I'm just an out of shape nerd on a hybrid. No carbon fiber, no steroids, no fancy gizmos, no silly jerseys with a bunch of logos on them.
The VTA power station decided to celebrate bike to work day by failing, so I biked in 90 degree heat for 11 miles instead of just 5.
But I got the too-small-for-my-big-feet toe clips off and my deraleur adjusted.
